Fitness in girls plays as large a role, if not more, than fitness in men? Did you know that fitness plays a much bigger role in the life of a woman? This is simply because girls naturally have a higher percentage of fat in their bodies than their male counter parts! No, you’re making a cock up ; I am not talking about heavy women! I’m talking about girls, no matter what their age and body weight!
Why We Put on Weight simply
It is not something we’ll be able to help! It’s the absence of testosterone in our bodies which is in charge of the absence of muscle building! Not just that, girls, as they age, are likely to lose muscle mass at a high rate, than men!
So, if you’re considering how you are suddenly putting on weight even though you are working out regularly, you know that the fault doesn’t lie with you! The loss of muscle and its successive replacement with fat means a slower rate of metabolism and we all know what that means! So fitness in girls is important, because for us, it is that much tougher to stay fit.

Here are a few guidelines to get you started.
One. Find some type of physical activity which you really enjoy doing and stick to it.
2. While exercising, set yourself a goal, attain it and then push on. But at the same time, ensure that your goals are realistic and achievable.
three. Make time everyday to exercise. It is best if you make this exercise time non-negotiable! Give it uttermost priority. Remember, this is about you and your fitness.
4. If you’re working out and getting tired of it, then what about putting together a brand new set of exercises? Variety is the spice of life and let’s be honest here, who likes doing the same time after time again anyway?
5. If you don’t like exercising, at least walk for 30 minutes a day. Folk watching, listening to your favorite songs or an audio-book while you walk will keep you going.
six. Lastly, don’t feel guilty if you give it a miss a couple of times due to unavoidable circumstances. While fitness in women is important, it’s also necessary to keep feeling positive to stay motivated.
